BrokerFast Lenders are committed to funding quality loans quickly. As a BrokerFast Lender,
you will be recognized as working towards making the loan origination process as fast, easy, and
professional as possible.
The longest step in the current loan origination process is the ordering and receipt of an appraisal.
Sometimes this process can add up to 4 weeks onto the time it takes to deliver a loan. BrokerFast
eliminates this delay by allowing mortgage professionals to order a single appraisal as the first
step in the loan origination process from highly qualified appraisers. The rest of the process can
then take place concurrently.
By agreeing to become a BrokerFast Lender, you will gain a competitive advantage by reducing the
overall time it takes to originate loans. You also gain more exposure within crefX as a high-priority
lender, always appearing at the top of both the free lender directory and loan criteria matching system.
We realize that despite the BrokerFast Advantage being a new and exciting opportunity for
the commercial real estate financing community, it is a change from the current traditional
process. As a result, some lenders may not be ready to take this step. Fortunately, you can still
reap all of the benefits of the crefX system without the BrokerFast Advantage by signing on for a
free directory listing. Brokers provide the criteria for the type of loan they seek, and lenders
who offer programs matching this criteria are displayed. In creating a new crefX Deal, Brokers
may also submit loan inquiry and application packages to non-BrokerFast lenders, excluding the
appraisal.
Also note that any lender registered in the crefX Directory can become BrokerFast enabled within
a matter of minutes, upon approval.
Appraisers are also encouraged to participate in the BrokerFast Advantage by signing on through
the Appraisal Partner Program. As a BrokerFast Appraiser, you will be able to receive bid requests,
submit bids for appraisal orders, and complete appraisals for deals entered by mortgage professionals.
